A birthday present for my friend whose birthday was last week. (Sorry this is late.)
Meowth is having one of his fantasies about the Boss praising "Meowth and his friends". In this vision, they've managed to catch a Bellsprout for the Boss. The boss fantasies are cute but they kind of make Jessie and James look stupid. It's OKAY for Meowth to have silly thoughts like that, but those two should know better.
